I ordered a mp3 to wave converter from this company. I paid $20. I did not receive the email from them giving me download instructions as per their site.

I sent them a copy via email at least 5 times with a copy of my paid receipt. They never responded. Now their contact emails come back to me undeliverable. I want everyone to know not to purchase this companies products.
