Hello, Please, I desperately need your help. I purchased my solar panels from American solar direct in 2016 and now I am trying to sell my house but I keep getting denied by potential buyers because they get scared off by the news about ASD going bankrupt and not providing the warranty on servicing that they promised.
I need to know where and who I can go to for a warranty on the solar panels they installed so that I can pass it on to potential buyers. Help me please, I am finishing my 6 year enlistment in the Air Force in one month and I need my house to sell before I'm done or else I won't have the income to support the mortgage or any more payments to Mosaic. This is not a rebuttal just a note to the complainant -- check the name of the solar panel manufacturer carefully. I also had a solar installation done on my (northern California) home financed through Mosaic and I am constantly confusing the name of the panel installation company. It is American Array Solar for me. They are not the same as American Solar Direct (or else they have taken over for them and I didn't know that) -- in any case, American Array Solar is very much still in business.
