American Standard Financial is a ripoff. I gave them $349.00 dollars and they sent me a packet (printed in Canada) to fill out in detail my family's resining for needed this money and what we are wanting to do with it.
They also sent a litter with the packet stating that and I quoit As one of our clients you also get access to the help of our trained financial assistance specialist through our toll free telephone help desk. Two issues: The $349 you lost AND any personal info you gave out.

The $349 is probably 'gone', so the remaining question is: can they perform ID theft with the info you have provided. Could they open a CC in your name, get a loan in your name, etc. You did not detail the kind of info you provided, like Social Security ID, bank info, etc. so maybe you should check with law enforcement people who handle ID theft cases.
Giving money & personal info to strangers is usually a bad idea.
