American Tax Relief Ripoff This company does not communicate except via phone and is fraudulent and deceptive. Beverly Hills California

I contracted American Tax relief to assist in sovling my taxes with the IRS. Once the IRS had finalized the amount I owed, American Tax Relief refused to follow through with task I had hired them to do.

Not only would they not perform the task they were hired to do they would not send any information pertainting to my account. There has been no evidence of them doing a thing to resolve my problems with the IRS. The only cocntact is via phone, no written correspondence was ever received by them except for the information packet sent after they received my payment of #3,500.00. Of course they said they sent a "Form 498" but somehow it must have been lost in the mail. Nothing was ever received by them via any courier, USPS or othe delivery service.

I tried to contact the case worker assigned to me but they would not allow me to talk with him. The people I contacted with American Tax Relief were rude and most disrepectful and most unwilling to cooperate. They lide about the names of the people I talked to as the names were always changing and the one I talked eith the first time was not known to exist when I called back.
