american truck group former shop supervisor newnan georgia

Hey guys I am the former maintenance supervisor for American truck group atlanta location, I can tell you all you would like to know about how this group operates and what is most important to them...make absolutely no mistake about it this place is run solely on the basis of sale the truck sale the truck sale the truck at any cost...I could not tell you how many times or how hard I have tried to stop this place from having customers show up for trucks that I said was never going to be ready in time or at all,but only to be told that it had to be ready or that it didn't matter becouse we got the money. When I started in newnan I was thrown into a shop with absolutely no idea what was going to take pLace next.. at first I seen the room for vast improvement and was extremely excited about the challenge and changes I could make. after my first month things started changing for the good and all was happy and well, but towards the middle I started to receive the pain and torture that I'm assuming all the numerous previous shop supervisors went through as well..the Atlanta location is run by samantha cook an idividual that has the business know how and ethics of a piss ant..I never in all my life have seen such an unqualified individual running a business of this size or even a 1/4 this size.. this companies way of doing business is wrong very wrong and at this point for me as I have told them they have pissed in the wrong bowl of cheerios....anyone needing or just searching for advice in regards to how the American truck group in Atlanta operations take place on a day to day basis please feel free to contact me through ripoffreport as there is way to much to ever wright on here...
