Vacation America Travel, American Voyager Travel, Grand Voyager Travel THEIFS AT THEIR BEST! Ripoff Dallas Texas

Join American Voyager Travel in 2004. Trouble began immediately. Membership cards with photos never came.
We sent new photos 4 times before ever receiving cards.
We began to sell travel doing all the work ourselves
which should have paid us 80% of the total commissions
earned. After too many phone calls and letters to count
a check was finally received. IT BOUNCED!!! My husband
& I filed a complaint with the courts in Chattanooga and
a warrant was issued for Melissa Samei's arrest. They
owe us over $2000 from 2005 which was NEVER PAID and then
they had the nerve to send us a 1099 for our 2006 taxes
showing that they had paid us $2,324.22. NOT TRUE AND
THE IRS WILL BE PAID A VISIT ON MONDAY with our documentation
in hand!

We did NOT remain a member of American Voyager but called
and wrote continuosly requesting our money. Reports were
filed with the Better Business Bureau of Dallas on several occassions and multiple calls were made to the Dallas Attorney General's Office, the Dallas District Attorney's Office, the local news channels, etc... ALL TO NO AVAIL I MIGHT ADD! The legal officers never even returned 1 of my calls!!!!

Spread the word please. American Voyager's history seems
to show that they do business this way until they get caught, then they change their name and start over again time after time after time. THIS HAS TO BE STOPPED AND I CAN'T AFFORD TO PAY TAXES & SOCIAL SECURITY ON MONEY I EARNED BUT WAS NEVER PAID!!!!!!!
