American West Homes t Scammers 5 year price guarantee was a crock!! Kate Jacobs lied to us saying you would buy our house back thats why we bought from you now we have to own our house outright even tho we used your preffe las vegas, Nevada

 I feel I was scammed with the 5 year price guarantee.  Kate Jacobs mislead us  saying American West would BUY our house back if we could not sell it for what we paid for it after 5 years that's why we bought from them.

Now we have to own our house outright to use this guarantee even tho we used their preferred lender so Kate Jacobs of American West knew we didn't pay cash for our house and still I feel intentionally misled us into buying our house from American West.

 I have contacted other people who bought houses from American West at the same time and same block as us and they also said Kate Jacobs told them that American West would BUY their houses back. I feel like my wife and I were scammed and I also feel like American west likes to take advantage of the little people. Buyer Be WARE.

 I am re wording this after the email I got from American West telling me to take it down or they would take legal action for slander so I'm not taking it down because I feel any potential buyers should know who they are buying from. Thank you
