America Online lies and bad customer service Internet internet

I been dealing with american online for a few years now well never had any trouble. when i canceled my account with them because i went to dial up they said it was going to be cancelled and they never did... when i dispute this with them cause they was tring to charge me 44.85.. that was supposted to be credit cause it was supposted to be cancelled well that never happend because they say i used my account well i didn't.... well i agreed to pay that but then they tried to charge me 242.00 cause they had me on the wrong plan..... please come on the computer doesn't show that i am on unlimited services...

well i am supposted to be credited the 242.00 this time.... i am so sick and tired of this company ever scene i got back with them i have been tos several times for nothing and my computer is all messed up this company needs to be put out of business due too their bad business practies... u either get the run around or someone who doesn't speak english very well or u can undersatnd them at all..... wish we was able to record our conversations when we talk with them they do us.... everytime u make a complante you get tos tos tos please help
