Ordered $109.50 worth of lint tape from AmericaRx.com
The website pictured the 60 Layer Evercare Lint Pic Up Roller. The company shipped out a lint roller that had a measely 10 layers of lint tape. There is a big difference between a 60 layer lint tape and a 10 layer lint tape.
Pavankumar Darisi, President of AmericaRx.com claimed they made a typographical error and made no further response. Ended up contacting the Better Business Bureau in New York State asking for their help in resolving this issue. Was instructed by the New York Better Business Bureau that the AmericaRx.com said to mail back the items and request a refund.
Now the vendor has my money and their product back to sell again. I have no money, no satisfaction and have received no help from the vendor or the Better Business Bureau who told me the vendor has several complaints on file and that there is nothing more they can do to help.
