America's Choice RV Roof still leaks two grand later Ocala Florida

The window is another matter. They charged me $172.00 to seal the window and then told me it would still leak. If they couldn't fix it why didn't they just leave it alone and not charge me $$. As for signature verification they require one to initial a spot that says work was satisfactorily completed in order to pick the Trailer up. There was no way to know they didn't do the job at that time , until I got it home and it rained.

These people are  not telling the truth. yes, there was mold in the interior.That has nothing to do with the story. I never blamed America choice RV for that. They gave me a very expensive estimate and I chose to take it somewhere else for that work. The story is simple. I paid them $2000 to fix the leaks in the roof and the roof was still leaking at the first rain. We have photo documentation of the holes and areas they did not seal that were still leaking. Randy the service manager was extremely rude saying it wasn't his problem. I have since paid someone else to fix the roof properly. 

Customer was told about mold and leaking damage on 3/24 but declined to have it repaired. She was told
about the sagging ceiling, mold, roof leaking, window leaking from wood rot, ceiling panels needed to be
replaced, and all insulation among other water related issues in the trailer. She declined to have them repaired
and chose to just have her toilet, fridge and roof resealed. She was advised that she still needed a new window
because the glass has dropped down. She signed the repair order that states "I have inspected and I am
satisfied with all repairs performed".

On 4/17 the customer called complaining that her roof reseal was not done correctly. At our expense we sent a technician on a road call to inspect. At time of inspection her maintenance man said he was taking the ceiling panels (which she was advised to replace but declined) and the
unit is now covered in mold (which is on the original estimate weeks earlier). When the technician asked what
was wrong with our repair the maintenance man said there was a whole in the roof where the solar panel was.
He showed the technician and we have documented pictures showing he did not remove the screw by
unscrewing it, but ripped it out of the roof. The sealant we put on the top side of the screw is still in place
therefore it could not have been removed by unscrewing it. It had to be ripped open creating the hole. The
customer was still upset and we offered to have her bring it in for us to inspect again at no cost but she did not
want to do that. She said we caused the mold which she was previously shown and could not have been
created in a few weeks if we hadn't already documented it to her. We can provide photo proof and signed documents if needed.

We have and still offer to help her get the situation corrected.
