americas driving force David Johnson they refused to give me adequate drive time and refused to schedule my cdl roadtest conley georgia

 I attended Americas Driving Force from March 2015-May 2015 and after i passed my maneuvers and went on the road on the 4th day they passed around the sheet for anyone wanted to take the DDS roadtest i signed the paper and checked yes i want to test and the lead instructor Randy told the school not to allow me to test. and he was not even my driving instructor so when i spoke to the director David Johnson he confirmed they were refusing to allow me to test and they said it was because i was not ready and i told them its not for you to determine that i am not ready its for the state to make that determination and i feel they discriminated against me because they allowed other to test who stalled the truck and ran red lights and i did none of that they stated i did not watch my mirrors but i told the instructor a cop was behind us and a red truck was behind us trying to get over proof i was watching my mirrors they clearly had a vendetta against me i feel it may be a couple of factors why but i think one of the reasons is because i hit the instructor randy with the truck so he told school not to allow me to test and he was not even my driving instructor to make that call but i am persuing my options against the schools discriminatory actions
