Amerifunds Smart Home Scam Loan Mod La Verne, California

Paul Nguyen and Betsy Hsia are account executive (partner with Russel Massro-Broker of Amerifund Smart Homes); They advertised via radio, TV in the Vietnamese Community; They claimed they can stop forclosure; principle reduction, reduce interest rates. They charged from $4000-8000.  We are their clients since 12/08, to date we did not have any result at all, each time we called they said don't worry, your file is under review, until we had the trustee sale, we called them many times,until we got the hold of them, they said they cannot do anything,  just pay the lender.

Now they just sign up with Home Protection Group http://homeownerprotectiongroup.com/hpg.html( Multi level Marketing--with the nonprofit Vision of Faith,the company promised they guarantee at least 10% principal); So their tactic is charge the client 2 times one with Amerifund, if no result transfer client to Home protection Group.

I just can not decribe these peoples, their motives are take money from desperate homeowner.
