I closed my account sometime in September 2020 and Amerigas said tanks would be picked up on November 7, 2020.  On December 15, 2020 I got a bill for a yearly tank rental that was 30 days past due.  Last year Amerigas pulled the same scam by not sending a first bill, only one 30 days past due.  I don't owe this bill, but cannot get ahold of anyone by phone as the local company is now using a national phone service with over an hour wait times.  Now I'm forced to go to their location and try and get them to fix their mess.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.  Use a local propane company.
