AMERIHOST INN BAD WORK ENVIRONMENT AND BAD BOSS NEW MARTINSVILLE West Virginia

Ok heres how it goes. I began working at Amerihost about 9 months ago. In the 6 months i worked there my boss would flirt , and send me faxes that most bosses would not say to an employee.He would also look at me like he was looking at me and visualizing me taking my clothes off.

He would not face his problems he had us at the front desk to take care of his problems. He lives in the hotel. He always had someone washing his own clothes for him. He treats his employees like s***. He treats the housekeepers like s*** except for this one guy. HE treated this guy tottaly different than the other housekeepers. So isnt the golden rule that treat everyone equally especially in a work environment.

This guy would go to the store for our boss. He would not go( our boss) to the store himself. He would have someone call me up almost every nite i got off work at 2- 3:00 in the morning to b***h at me for something stupid. I mean why not wait till u come in to work the next day, rite. Well not him!!! Which i told them several times to stop doin cuz i have ppl that are in bed but they continued anyways.

The front desk people have to help in the laundry . When the hosekeepers leave we have to make sure it gets done. We stand on our feet at the front desk and we have to fold laundry to, thats just ridiculous!!! Whats even worst is the fact that he lets housekeepers put dirty rags in the rooms!!! Some of which had holes in them and were very s****y lookin!!!

So i qiut and went back for another 3months and thought everything would be different. But it was same old s***!! He had stopped all flirtin and things. Cuz i had talked to an investiagator about it and i think he had gotten a hold of my boss. So one day i had lost my shirt. I called and told him. He told me not to bother comin back in tomorrow. Which i thought was total bull****. Cuz he could have given me another one til i found my shirt. So i was fed up with all the stupid games he was playin and qiut.

So dont ever work at this place. This guy needs to go back to where he came from which is pakistan and stay there. He also has been in court cases where girls had said he was flirtin. Also when he has some1 come and work for him he pays them half of what they are suppose to get and says thats all your worth. One time he did that and someone came in b****in at us at the front desk and they wanted him to come talk to them and he wouldnt . Hes a pu**y!!! He stays in his room and cowars like a dog!

When things break there he dont buy new things he just ni**er rigs them back up. Which then they still half worked. OK thats all i have to say . All i got to say is dont ever work there at all!!
