Well it looks like I am another RIPPED OFF customer from Ameriloan.
My wife had taken out a 300 loan in Aug 07. She had told me that she got an extended payment so it would not hurt us next payday. Boy was that a joke... I have been paying $180.00 to 230.00 a month since then which comes out to 920.00 so far on a 300.00 loan.

And yes, I got the same run around as the other guppies, like me, they are not in/answering the phone during business hours.
No my wife did not receive or print out the loan paperwork but they continue to debit my account. After the 3rd month (Nov) I have been trying get this fixed--boy what a great christmas gift they gave me.

I did get in contact with an "application assistance" and her response was "you have to get hold of the lender to work this out" I said who is my lender... she laughed and said we have over 300 lenders, I have no idea who it could be. However I can give you another # to call. Called it; got same recording... blah blah blah... No help, business office hours are closed. Oh they were not, unless thier 430 CST is 230 EST.

Does anyone know where AMERILOAN is located?
One Click Cash? They are together right, they are both debiting my account on the same day.

Any help from others in my position will be greatly appreciated.

First Melissa Thanks,

I finally did get in touch with a rep "during" thier business hours.... some how they don't seem to match the given voicemail. Oh well.

After a long, and rather unheated conversation (which great from my side), I did get the some resolution.

Yes she was suckered into the extion, and yes the 90 a month was what Melissa had replied, and yes they will pay down my loan.... at thier incriments to continue to extend the loan and me still paying "handling charges".

But the most important thing I got was thier MONEY GRAM INFO to pay a one time payment and be done with it.

If any one is interested: (administrator please delete if this is unauthorized)

Money Gram:
PAY TO: Ameriloan
4311
Miami, OK
and my account #

Got it from the 800-362-9090 tel #

R in Central Florida.

#1 Consumer Suggestion

You're not making payments on the loan..

the fee taken out each payday is the loan fee. The loan extends every payday until you pay off the $300 you borrowed. It's a payday loan, meaning you should pay it off on the next payday, otherwise you are just paying them the loan fee over and over again.
I don't know what to tell you about getting in touch with your lender. Obviously you should have printed out the loan terms and agreement, I am sure you know that, though.
Good luck.
