Ameriloan Online scam company Internet

I used Ameriloan to help with some pass due bills. At the time it seemed like a helpful and easy solution for me. I filled out their application, told them my specific paydays so that my checking account would be debted on my payday Fridays. I'd pay back 90.00 dollars 4 consecutive times, and then they would debt an extra 50.00 until the account was paid in full. When an agent called me that day to verify my info before sending me the money, she even stated that's how it works unless I contacted them 3 days before the intrest was due to pay it in full.

I began to notice on my online banking that they were taking from my account what they wanted, and whenever they wanted it. Not on the paydays I typed in on their online application.I immediately went back to their website to get contact informtion so that I may speak with someone. Their was no telephone number, no live chat like it stated. Only a place to send an email. So I sent an email with no response from them at all.

I recieved a call today, at my work, from Ameriloan stating that I needed to pay my balance in full or that they were going to send me to collections. I asked them how this could be when I have bank statements showing how much they are taking and when. The man ( I didn't catch his name) stated I must not have read my contract. That I was required to pay the debt back in full on the payday after recieving the money. I told him his information was inaccurate and I have bank statements to prove it. This man AGAIN claimed that they have not recieved money from me, that tey'd send it through to my bank only to have it returned as insufficent.

Again I have bank statements of them ABSOLUTELTY recieving my funds and quite more then they should. He then said that if I didn't settle my debt today of $260.00 that he would send me to collections. I then said" So you're telling me that I have only paid you people $40.00 since recieving money from your service?" He said that's correct.

I then said that this was a lie, that I have proof of money being debted from my account from them, that it WASN'T being returned, as well as them debting my account whenever they wanted to not on my regular scheduled paydays. I told him to send me accurate proof that they were not recieving money from me, not something shady. I tried to contact them via email, since that's all they provide, and that I did not not recieve any response.

He told me they did reply and that I need to check my email again. That I needed to read my contract and call them back. I again checked my email, I printed out my bank statements to prove I wasn't lieing and tried to recontact, but again no phone number. They debted my account 4 different times at $90.00. Another time for $50.00. Then in one day on 8/31/07 they debted my account 3 different times. One for $120.00 another for $75.00 and the last one was for $50.00.

I have accured more charges in them taking money out on scheduled days, and more money then they are required to that in all, this has costed me much more then the $300.00, with the intrest rate at $90.00 that was stated.
