Ameriloan, United Cash Loans both had on the application the the fee of 45.00+150.00 taken out would be taken out on a certain date. so that is 195.00 total, right? both are still taking out 45.00 fee and that is it, yet there is no way to contact them. found no phone numbers or anything. Internet

i applied with both ameriloan and united cash. i got 150.00 from both companies. they both had their application that 45.00+150.00 would be taken out on a certain date. that is 45.00 is the fee. ok fine. i saved the money back and all that was taken out has been the 45.00. then a couple of weeks ago i get an email from ameriloan that they want me to fill out a form and fax it back to them that says either they can take out the full 150.00+45.00 or they will automatically take out 45.00+50.00 until it is paid off. i have not heard anything from united cash. i try to find both companies online and cannot do so. i would like to contact them and find out how i can pay back and nothing to worry about.

Loan sharks (aka payday loans, title loans, etc.) Have stipulations in their wonderful very one-sides contracts that state they can do pretty much what they want and you're screwed. What I would do is just take a bunch of loans out and when they get deposited take all the money out and close the accout. Let them howl and you can remind them how foolish they were to lend you the money. Let them scream all they want about any sort of legal action. If they want to spend thousands just to get a hundred, they won't stay in business very long(hopefully). So cancel all of your accounts as your money is evaporating every second they are open. Cheers!!
