You say those guys now possess leadership experience? That's a laugh. They learned this through working at Ameriquest? Give me a break. They may have received experience but it was only in the techniques of committing fraud and learning how to lie and deceive customers.

Mariano Demarin, Vice President of Sales for Ameriquest Mortgage Company, today announced a strategic partnership with the Adobe Corporation (NASDAQ NM:ADBE). The agreement calls for Ameriquest to purchase at least one licensed copy of Adobe's best selling PhotoShop software suite for each Ameriquest retail location throughout the United States. Adobe will train all existing Ameriquest employees on the proper use of PhotoShop, and will conduct formal training at Ameriquest's "Launch Pad" sales training for new associates.

When asked what this means for the future of Ameriquest's business, Demarin said, "This is nothing more than a reflection of Ameriquest's commitment to continuous improvement. Exacto knives and Elmer's glue is very "old school", and as you can see by our recent personnel decisions, we're moving away from "old school", and moving towards a day where our bullshit is not so easily recognizable by state regulators and our borrowers. A forty-six count federal grand jury criminal indictment was filed yesterday afternoon against Dale Scott Heineman, Kurt F. Johnson, The Dorean Group, The Oxford Trust, Baylor Trust and Universal Trust Services. Heineman and Johnson are well known in the lending community as the principals behind The Dorean Group Mortgage Elimination Scheme. The defendants are charged with operating a debt elimination scheme whereby fraudulent documents are recorded as part of the title of their clients' properties, causing home mortgage and equity loans to falsely appear satisfied when they actually had not been paid. With this fraudulently-generated free and clear title, certain clients, at the direction of the Dorean Group, obtained hundreds of thousands of dollars in home equity loans from independent lenders.

Both men are currently in Utah State Prison in connection with state criminal charges arising from their participation in the mortgage elimination scheme.

Indictment in Ohio Knab Mortgage Case

An indictment filed September 14, 2005 in the Southern District of Ohio, Western Division, has been unsealed. The indictment names the following persons as defendants and alleges their conduct in a mortgage flipping scheme in the Dayton, Ohio area:

Randall Aaron Davidson, allegedly operated and controlled various real estate businesses including: Capital Properties, Ltd., Capital Properties, LLC, Knab Mortgage, MJR Telecapital Investments, LLC, Rade Ltd., MTR Property Consultants, Randall Davidson and Associates and Restoration, Inc.

Mary J. Donaldson, employee of Davidson, acted as loan processor and mortgage broker

Michael McWhirter, related to Davidson by marriage, recruited investors' from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area to participant in Davidson's investment scheme

Jocelyn L. Hammond, loan officer that worked for various title companies. Acted as closing agent and signed various loan documents with knowledge that they contained false information.

The 14 count indictment includes charges of conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bankruptcy fraud, mail fraud, conspiracy to commit money laundering, money laundering and making a materially false statement on a loan application.

The indictment charges each of the defendants with one count of conspiracy to commit mail fraud, wire fraud and bank fraud, twenty-six counts of mail fraud and nineteen counts of bank fraud. Each of the conspiracy and mail fraud counts carry a maximum penalty of twenty years in prison and a $1,000,000 fine (30 years if the charges affect a financial institution). Each of the bank fraud counts carries a maximum penalty of 30 years in prison and a $1,000,000 fine. The indictment seeks no bail' arrest warrants for both Heineman and Johnson.

Corey Leonard will be disappearing very soon. This man has been a crook for too long and his current new role as a legitimate manager is not working out very well. Steve Blood does not like what he sees. Steve will have to be the widow maker since Corey's former buddy Mariano is hiding out.
