Forcing Escrow/want To Foreclose On My Home/after I Have Been Paying My Own Ins. & Taxes!!i'm all paid up,and when i send them my morgage they say i'm behind,and they are tring to take my home!! Santa Anta California

ameriquest/citi residential is threating to foreclose saying i'm back on payments when i'm not,when i send them a payment they want over 172.00 extra, because they say its for taxes & ins. which have already been paid and have been every year for 12 yrs. now! my husband died 2 yrs ago and ever since that they harrass me, they even send papers to him after i gave them a copy of the death certificate,i am very upset & stessed over this ,i went as far as hiring an attorney to stop the harrassment but they are still doing it, and said they will take my home,i don't know what else to do ,please help!!!

If you have Nick for an attorney good luck! He will not protect you from ameriquest, He is on their side.
Mortgage Servicing Fraud, It's how lenders/servicers try to steal your home.
