Yeh, I hear you Joe. You take it easy man, keep the faith. As for Douglas Davis, I don't know about that guy. He needs to show forth a recompense to all people injured in this tragedy.

I am sorry you feel the way you do about thinking I knew about what was going to happen. Let me start off by answering your question.

Yes, I knew Doug Davis didn't like to give money back to students, and why did I continue selling to students? Well first of all, it was very rare that I ever had a student who requested their money back. The school DID indeed have a great reputation for being the best, that's why I continued selling.

I believed in Ameritrain and truely thought it would help all who came and attended classes there. It was only after the fact that Doug Davis found it necessary to put the screws to ALL of us that the reputation was tanished. I had no idea he was going to do this.

You have to remember, I was ripped off too, as well as many other employees. I was owed almost $6000, and basically worked for free driving 5 hours back and fourth to Atlanta for over a month, and what did I get out of it....Nothing!

I hate that this happened to all of us, and really hope that Doug sees the dingey dark mildew on the wall of a jail cell one day for his wrong doing!

Even with all this going on, he still continued to sell and ripoff people in other states knowing he was going to do the same to them. Who knows what's going on now, the corporate number is now disconnected. He is pure evil, and will have to face a higher authority one day, and will recieve his sentance for it!

I am trying to move on and not be so tied up with all this. I know I will never get what is owed to me, I only hope that all of you as students continue to work for justice and a refund.

I appreciate your comments about the African American part, I find it quite amusing. We should use it on comedy zone. Anyways, if that is true about you getting snuffed too. Then, erase your name and put Douglas Davis there and I don't really care much about the race he married because slime acts that Doug performed for us don't really validate him any. Shoot, I have had a white/asian girlfriend.

And almost everybody proclaims to be a Christian these days. I have been scammed by people proclaiming they are Christians when they are really not. So, that really means nonthing to me. Actions speak way better then words, you know what I mean? So, remember. I lashed out at you because you and a couple of others are really the only ones I saw when it comes to Ameritrain. I was never told about a guy named Doug Davis.

Now, I have a question. You said that you told me those exact words that, "I wouldn't get my money back, right?" Because he doesn't give money back, right? Well, since you already knew what kind of man Douglas Davis was, (according to your statement)why did you pursue to enroll people? Or why didn't you warn people? I mean, it looks like to me that you knew what was going to happen. I personally probrably already know the answer to that question, that is "You needed to feed your family" which is fine but, just thought I would throw that out at ya.

I totally understand and sympathize with your position, however before lashing out on the employees get your facts straight! I am the one who sold you your classes, and KNOW that I had no idea that any of this was going to take place.

When you originally enrolled I believed it was the best decission for your future. I cared about my students whom many became my good friends.

I am a christian and a very strong one at that. I have morals and would never have screwed anyone out of their money. For the record let's get one thing straight. When you called me and said you wanted to back out, I did indeed try to convice you to stay and get your certifications.

I thought it would broaden your horizons, and get back on your feet. TRUE: I DID tell you it would be difficult to get your money back as well because DOUG DAVIS does not give money back to students. This is because he was money hungry and greedy! This story that you state of me telling you I didn't have an address is rediculous. It was all over everything I had given you, so don't say I wouldn't give you an address.

You need to focus all your efforts on getting your money back and attacking the ones who did you wrong, and not those who truley tried to help you. I was also a victem, and was owed a very large sum of money from A-Train which I never received.

I have helped alot with trying to help the students out through this whole mess. I am on your side, so don't try to make me look bad. I did my job and did it well to support my family, but never once did I do anything for Ameritrain that I thought was screwing a student.
