Andy Montney and Cole Reese are at it again! They have opened a new company (or just changed their name) because the public became aware of the scam they pulled with A/C Solar Solutions. It's real easy to follow the trail. Go to the Colorado Secretary of State and look up Altitude Marketing, then look up AMI Solar Solutions. It's the same company. You can also check the physical addresses. They are the same. A/C Solar Solutions took a long time (sometimes 6 months +) to install the system. When customers complained, they were told all kinds of stories about delays on permits, etc. Some of the customers called the energy company and building department and discovered the lies. Meanwhile A/C Solar had already charged half or more to their finance account. Most recently, A/C Solar installed the wrong panels on customers' homes. The customers were sold a top of the line product, with a 30 year warranty, that was made in America. Some customers did receive an American made product, but it was a lesser product with a shorter warranty. Most of the customers received a product labeled "Made In Malaysia". When the customers spoke with either the owner or the installation manager they were told the manufacturer went out of business. Some were told the product was the same because the companies merged. A simple call to the manufacturer confirmed the lies. Many customers have begun reporting these fraudulent activities to government agencies and the Better Business Bureau. Stay away or you will be scammed too.

Why Two Companies?

AUTHOR: barryshannon - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, February 18, 2014

Check for yourself.  Why have two different solar companies with the same address?  What  is the point, other than to confuse the facts.  As I said in earlier posts, time will tell.  Check Better Business Reports.  If you really want to know what is going on; go look up AMI at the Secretary of State.  You will notice that it is owned by Altitude Marketing.  Look up Altitude Marketing and see the owner of that company.  For $6.85 you can run a background check on the owner through Colorado Bureau of Investigations (CBI).  This is a very small price to pay if you are thinking about doing business with this company.  After you see the background check; then ask yourself who is more likely to be telling the truth.  Most important; do you want to give a large amount of money to someone like this?

Fraudulent Report from former employee

AUTHOR: A/C Solar management - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, February 18, 2014

This is a post from a former employee who was terminated from the company. He is currently in violation of a Non-compete agreement and is under investigation for Slander, Harrasment and Fraudulent claims to harm or discredit. The two companies mentioned in this post are both legal and registered to the same corparation. Anyone who happens to read this post will know that this is not an actual customer's experience but that of a disgruntled employee who is now upset because he was caught and terminated for conduct detrimental to business. He claims that we have lied to customers about delays and this is not true. A typical solar install can take 3-4 months and additional time depending on jurisdiction ,Energy company and engineering. Because of our impeccable reputation with banks and finance companies we are one of a handful of companies that offer the financing that we do. Our lenders disperse us as the job is being completed. We do sell American products and in several instances  have upgraded our customers to protect their best interests. No Fraudulent activity has been or will be reported on the company's behalf because we participate in none. This company was built and is maintained by honest and hard working people with the highest level of integrity. Unfortunatly, this former employee has used and manipulated this site and other sites like it that don't verify the legitimacy of the author or claim.

For any customers that happen to come across this please call contact us and we will be more than happy to provide any information on our credibility and will provide references and any other information   you may need to validate who we are and how we conduct business. Please understand this post is from a very angry and confused individual who has nothing better to do with his time than to try to hurt and discredit honest and hard working people.
