Amica Insurance is a horrible company. I got hit and run in a parking lot and they held my claim for 3 months, the auto body shop contacted us and told us that they had not started repairs because Amica had told them not to. We called Amica and the told us it was under investigation.
It is now over 5 weeks and we still do not have our car and they are now telling us that WE WILL HAVE TO PAY for the rental car, the repairs, and everything else. After they told us it was all set. DO NOT GET AMICA INSURANCE change your company, no mater how much is cost do not go down my road of having to pay almost 10k because amica will find a way to deny your claim
