Here is yet another item, from a vendor specifically, that states more proof that Amir Cann, Amir Mccann, Jonathon Musters of Montreal Canada, has ripped off a totally blind business owner. Do not buy TMS Membership Script from Amir Cann. Don't buy the business, website, or any product from this scam, fraud, criminal, liar and rip-off con artist. It is truly owned by another company, new author, and is being copyrighted and trademarked as our own property. The product is being fully redesigned, and a download link from our websites that anyone can obtain, will contain proof that we are not running any pirated version of the TMS Script, and that Amir Cann sold it. Here is another letter from a vendor that we contacted when Amir Cann sent us pirated software products that were not part of TMS Membership Script, or as part of the package. Don't do business with Amir Mccann, Amir Cann, Jonathon Musters or any of his bogus, rip-off companies. I assure you, that you will lose your money, and Amir Cann lies about refunding product purchases, licenses, and ownership of products that are not his, just ask some of the owners of scripts at:

On Wed 6th Apr 2011 we were contacted by legal counsel for Richard Goddeau, about a serious matter relayed to their offices by the owner of GSCSC, Inc., and we were also contacted directly by Richard Goddeau himself about the purchase of TMS membership script business including various other scripts supposedly owned by Mr. Amir Cann from Montreal Canada.

One of the scripts that Mr. Goddeau had received from Mr. Amir Cann was called Script-Lock-Tracker. Mr. Cann claimed that he fully owned and developed it, and that the partners, he was not working with any longer, due to some issue forced him to walk away.

Mr. Goddeau found out that the product was not called Script-Lock-Tracker, but rather Codelock Tracker v2.2, owned by our company. Mr. Goddeau contacted us immediately and sent me the pirated script to uncover this fraud.

After reviewing the pirated software, received from Mr. Goddeau, I confirmed that the so-called program scriptlock-tracker is actually called Codelock Tracker V2.02 and was created in 2005 by Vince Edwards, of Media Creations, Ltd., PO Box 10060, Rotorua, New Zealand at www.codelock.co.nz. The script's ONLY developer was Russell Thompson, New Zealand, employee of Vince Edwards, the previous owner of Codelock encoding product lines.

In 2010 Panospheric took over management/development of Codelock. In June 2010, Vince Edwards sold the entire software product line Codelock, its website (www.codelock.co.nz) and all of its related products (Codelock V2.7 + Engine, Codelock Tracker V2, Codelock Dynamic Encoder, Codelock JOOMLA 1.5 HTML Encoder) to Panospheric Virtual Imaging, which we own.

We had another case that might be linked to Mr. Amir Cann under a different name of 'Jonathon Musters' since Cann is definitely not a Pakistani name but rather a reduced form of the Irish Mccann. 

This is a statement from one of our clients:

"His name is Jonathon Musters, he lives in Canada, and he usually hacks licensed software. That is why I fired him in the first place, because I found out he gave me a hacked version of some other company's software and claimed it was his own work."

Mr. Amir Cann is obviously a con-artist and has taken advantage of Mr. Goddeau's disability and good business faith.

Mr. Amir Cann has fraudulently claimed this software to be his own creation, and any person or company that fraudulently uses or distributes the intellectual copyrighted property of Panospheric and Codelock will be prosecuted.
