Amir & Sanchez Neutraceuticals did not clearly provide terms of the trial for the product. lead consumer to believe the S&H charge was for a trial of the product. but you had to cancel the trial in 14 days or be charged 79.96. then they charge monthly 85.91. i sent the product back and am supposed to have a credit issued. but i am out the79.96 for the misleading trial fee. for 4.99. This is accurate. It was purchased on line the 4.99 was to cover S&H to try the product.
I visited the site a few times, for info before I made the purchase to try the product. I called then number today after receiving my statement and noticing a charge for 79.96 2/13 . I was told that in the fine print was written that I had to cancel within 14 days or I would be charge for future deliveries. I also learned that a charge of 85.91 on 3/2 will be coming as well. I told the customer service rep that I was not in agreement and that I did not notice that wording and do not agree with the purchases after the initial 4.99. I have not received anymore product to date and do not wish to. I was given an ID# for my call to them which is 3968204. When they transferred me to a supervisor at my request, the call was disconnected. Then I called your office. I am faxing this over to you to dispute these charges and also will be mailing this letter on 3/11/09 to protect my rights as I did not authorized anything other than the 4.999 initial charge.

Please remove these and any future charges as I reported today, with the customer service representative who documented my call and gave me the ID # that I did not want or authorize.

I understand I will hear back from you within 30 days.
Also enclosed are the packing slip and a copy of the purchase with order number I printed out that day.

In addition to the above please find that the statement with the lifestylefit.com and costsmashers.com are all connected with the natures best acai. I had a terrible phone connection and was disconnected a few times. I did relay to RACHEL that I wanted these cancelled as they too were not authorized by me. In addition to the cancellation I told them to credit my credit card for the 29.95 and the 2.95. I was told on the phone they were cancelled. Please remove these and know that I will not authorize or probably buy on line at any time in the future.

The above was mailed and faxed to the credit card company, in addition the product was returned on 3/24/and track to have been received on 3/27/09 usps tracking #03080730000051487655.this was reported to the credit card co 3/30/08 and i was told the merchant has 30 days to credit the 85.91
