AM&P Marketing Promotions or AMP or Universal Marketing is a scam just like the similar Marketing firm PURE/3W/Vizion Marketing.
Universal Marketing started out in Oklahoma where there was a law suit filed by the state. If you do your research like I did (a little too late) you will find the document under Universal Marketing.
AM&P is smart in that they advertise differently ... they are a marketing company. I have only found one negative article on this company and it was through research using different forms of the name and by finding Universal Marketing.
Also, the website is difficult to find because the address spells out the word "and" with the site ending ".org" not ".com"
The interview process is much the same as PURE and Vizion because the resume is not viewed beforehand and irreverant questions are asked not pertaining to the job - these people want you to sell and be a part of their "management program" due to their rapid growth.
It is unfortunate that there are companies like this out there, but I am not finding out what to look for and hopefully these articles will help others.

I am glad I found this report! I was supposed to have a job interview with them tomorrow. They wanted me to be there all day from 9am to 6pm after only meeting me for 15 minutes in a pre-interview. And that is on top of the 2 hours I would have to drive to get there.
I got kind of a weird feeling from them going into the office, which isn't much of an office to begin with, more like a few desks in a converted apartment.
So thank you Kab0, your article helped save me from being involved with such a company, not to mention all the time and gas money!
