Ampco Electric Unprofessional, Does not qualify as electrician Cresskill New Jersey

 Ampco was to diagnose and fix the intermitten electrical power problem. The service person showed up 30 minutes late for the appointment and stayed for 45 minutes. During the 45 minutes stay, he was on the cell phone many times and solicited assistances from a person who is not a member of Ampco. After 45 minutes later he left without fixing the problem and without telling me (I was not there but another person was there).

This was an emergency service call to fix the problem where house occupants were suffering without the power for days. When I called to find out what happened, the service man just stated already known facts (house is old and not correctly wired). He said he could usually find the problem based on his many years of electrician experience (quoted very high hourly rate) on the phone and yet he could not locate the problem nor fix the problem.

The repair attempt was totally unprofessional, wasted my time and most of all prolonged tenant’s suffering. Yet, he still wants to get paid for a very high rate for his inferior/lack of his work performance and incapable. Few days later, another electrician found the problem in literally in minutes and fix the problem in one hour. My tenant, who was present, is a witness.
