on 3-2-12 i purchased and wired 1700.00 worth of leads from www.livetransfersusa.com who sends an agreement wiring the money to ams marketing 22166 bella lago drive boca raton, fl 33433. Ive delt with a myles schneit, a michael and john coles all which have giving me the run around and today is 3-22-12 and still no leads. They told me one thing then 2 days ago john said they cant come thru and we are gonna do something else i said to john give me my money back i had edited the agreement in there do do so and he said we are not giving you your money back. They only wanted me to wire the money they told me i would start getting these so called leads 2 days later and now i have nothing i called phone number that was giving on bbb and the guy said uh yeah um there no longer here i gotta go and hung up in my face these guys are
crooks........ myles cell number is 954.638.4299

Not only do companies like this rip off customers allegedly I guess. 

They also rip off employees by form of nonpayment and legal discrimination they just dont like you

 wich means thsy cant make a victim out of you so you cant work with us no matter the skill level or proffessionalism of the worker.Protected by state law legal lyers magic air or  ams dont fall for new names

rainbow air might be good but the way they sell is unethical till they show me change. and don't hesitate to point the finger at evil dooers not your good naighbor even if your own naighbor hates you i would be there to help a naighbor even if he hates me.

These  are all lies i never received 1 lead till this day nor my money back. Myles does not respond to me any more. I was rushed to send over money to start our campaign 2 days later and it got dragged for weeks. I noticed on the agreement that they have up to 90 days to send you leads and i removed that before i signed and that's why no one could complain because they didn't see that before they signed but i always read. Today is may 1st and still no leads or money..  Don't get robbed by these crooks. They will take your money and go out on the town and spend it and cry broke for a company who tells you they have no money they need to get more deals to pay you back is a dead beat company and he is doing it out of his home....

Myles your no good see you in court...

This complaint is semi-true. Yes, Anthony Deeks ordered leads from our company and he his order was not fulfilled as of yet for legitimate reasons.

To start, everyone should know that our contract clearly states that in the event that one of our call center providers cannot deliver the leads for whatever reason, we have up to 90 days to either deliver the remaining leads or issue a refund.

This is clear in big red letters and is very fair. (apparently Anthony decided to alter this contract without us authorizing a signature of approval.)

Anthony placed his order on 3/2/2012. He filed this complaint on 3/22/2012. Why? It was only 20 days. Is this a fair thing to do?

We are in the process of starting the campaigns again in which Anthony will receive leads just like every other company. 

So, what is the justification for this complaint? There is none.

We speak with Anthony on a constant basis, so we do not understand how he can say that he was ripped off. This does not make sense. 

Another fact is that out of hundreds of clients that we have serviced, Anthony is the ONLY company EVER to file a complaint. Ever!

There were also other clients that had similar issues due to the call center being down, but yet none of them felt that we intentionally hurt them in any way enough to file a report nor do they intend to.

We are honest and reputable.

Unfortunately, within this business, issues sometimes do occur. We clearly state this on our contract. 

The majority of our clients are law firms that spend sometimes 6 figures with our company. 
Yet, never once have we been sued. I believe this say's a lot about our ethics and professionalism. 

Although this is only 1 client who has ever complained, we felt it was worth the effort to tell our side of the story to potential clients.

If you are a potential new client, we can provide you with testimonials for very satisfied clients to put you at ease.

Thank you for taking the time to hear our side of the story.

PS...Anthony has since said that once he receives his remaining leads, he will remove this post. This is and has always been our intention.
