*General Comment: Partly your fault
Amy Cristiano hired us to clean her pool when she lived in Fullerton CA before moving to Long Beach. She ripped us off for cleaning services, we called and called and was told theres nothing we can do about it. So we sued her. We have a judgment for $617.00 plus interest and haven't received a penny on our judgment

Partly your fault

I was surprised to see a name I recognized in a complaint. within 10 minutes of signing up!
Anyway, this woman was my neighbor, so I'm chiming in. I didn't know her. Only talked a few times. Actually did some work for her and never had an issue getting paid.
I am assuming the amount stated is for pool cleaning. Based on that assumption ,it's safe to say that the amount represents several billing cycles. OC average is $137/mo, so that'd be four to six invoices. Question is why would you continue servicing a pool that was behind in payment? If it were me, I would offer a short grace period, say 2 weeks, and if not paid, no further service provided. Continuing to provide service for several months despite no payment makes this a business mistake on your part.
