Amy Gaff of Gaftek LLC alleges services were not completely rendered in attempt to recover monies from services providers. We performed a detailed Investigation into the loss of construction equipment along with our investigative reporting and findings and she subsequently alleges overcharges in attempt to recover her money?
We performed investigation agaisnt an initial retainer payment and once we exhausted those monies we approached her for additional monies to continue her investigation. She attempts to allege those additional monies were not approved and wants her money back.
Beware of doing business with this company. We would hate to see other service oriented business deal with this type of business practies

Dear Michael:
I don't know who you are as I never spoke to you so I am not sure why you are responding to this report I originally filed. Get your facts straight!! Please!!!
KMS did provide a detailed investigation but failed to pay the subcontractor of which performed the service and continued to take money on our Visa of which we were able to get returned from the VISA company. Did you ever pay the subcontractor of which I won't list here for privacy reasons on his behalf. We have never asked for our money back. You performed certain services but not the amount of service you took payment on from our VISA.
Instead of repeating the details again and again, I would rather have a phone call from any reader of this e-mail response. I am not going to rebuttal anymore since I have more important things to do.
If anybody has any questions about this case, I would be pleased to personally speak with them. Please call my office anytime at 207-469-3907. In my attempt to rebuttal using this web site, KMS continues to lie in their response and I will let them have the last word in rebuttal to this because I am finished with this nonsense.
Be very careful giving KMS Investigations or whatever business name they are probably using now any credit card information.

I need to respond to the latest KMS Investigations response to my original report against them. They stole money from us via a retainer taken and not earned and I have written documentation to prove such.
KMS Investigations never paid the subcontracted investigator for the services he provided to find our stolen piece of equipment. If anybody has any questions about KMS Investigations, please call me or contact me via our website. We are very easy to find on the world wide web.
Gaftek, LLC is a well known service business and doesn't do business up and down the east coast so KMS doesn't even know what they are talking about.
Don't do business with KMS Investigations.

This is common in the construction services industry. I read your posting and have heard good and many bad things about this Gaftek out here on the east coast.
Once bitten twice shy the old saying. Now you know what kind of business they run over their at Gaftek. Sad actually
