We joined the club about 5 years ago to play tennis and workout. We paid 200-300 dollars amonth without hardly using the club for 4 years. I was never on a tennis team from the day we joined. Last June 2017, I walked into the tennis shop, and Amy Winslett began to berate and bully me about some emails someone had sent about her job performance... By then I had already played tennis for about 1 and 1/2 years. After that incident, I never played tennis again. She bullied, harassed and created a hostile environment. Then her friends on the board became hostile as well making use of the facility uncomfortable.
We finally just dropped the use totally. So out of 5 years of paying dues, we used it for one and a half years.
