An Elite Movers And Storage, CO TOTAL RIP OFF and DO NOT USE THEM Littleton, Colorado

After a horrific move this past weekend, I was trying to find ways to expose the movers we used so that others won't get scammed by Heather and the others at this company.

After having received an estimate of 3 hours and booked a move date, we thought everything would run smooth. Katrina even called a few days before to confirm one truck and 2 men on the 30th of April. I shouuld have know something was wrong when she said she had us down for 4 men and 2 trucks.

So, when I got a call at 7:42 am on the 30th (the day of the move) saying that the truck for our move was out of order the afternoon before and the movers would be about 3 hours later than scheduled, I really didn't think too much about it. Just tried to take a few trips myself with a full car.

At around 1 pm (4 hours after our scheduled time), when we didn't hear from the movers or company, I called to see where they were. The person who picked up had "just gotten in and had no idea of the mess" that was going on so she said she would call me back as soon as she spoke to Cory, the foreman of our move. She never called me back, but 20 minutes later, Cory called and said they were about 20 minutes out. 45 minutes later, they arrived at our first stop and took about 45 minutes to move some large items.

Then they reached my home. After Heather quoted me 3 hours, 2 men and one truck, Corey, the foreman, said with the two other thugs that the move would take up to 9 hours. I said it's not my fault that Heather messed up my estimate and Corey wasted about 30 minutes trying to figure out what to do with my stuff. Heather called me back after I was FURIOUS and said I had a few options.

1. The movers could empty the truck of the stuff they already had and we could move it by ourselves. I said that this wasn't an option.

2. The 2 movers (there was a 3rd guy there who "wasn't on the books") and one truck could complete the move in 7-9 hours at $65 an hour plus wrapping fees (which was never stated before). I said this wasn't an option since it was already 3 pm and 9 hours would make it midnight).

3. She could see if there was another truck and two more men for $95 an hour and it could maybe get done within 5 hours. I said this wasn't an option either.

Heather was ABSOLUTELY rude, disrespectful and her moving men she does this ALL THE TIME!

$65/ hour isn't worth all of the hassle and aggrevation Elite put us through. Please NEVER use them...and tell EVERYONE you know to NEVER use them.
