Anastasia Curry - Todd Curry - Sarah Fox - Kevin Fox Puppy Sales Scam (The breeder said refund was sent out immediately) ripoff Colorado Springs Colorado

March of 2005, I paid from my Paypal account, $400.00 by e-check, the purchase price of 1 Registered German Shepherd pup to this person. Pup was to be shipped @ 8 weeks of age (Early June). Something supposedly showed up wrong with vet tests on the litter of pups, a refund was offered.

After many instant messages and a few phone calls, emails etc... and 2 years later, she still owes this money less the $32.29 she had her daughter send thru paypal.


She would promise and say she would make payments then it ended up with she said I was sent a certified check ( no tracking number) or the breeder already paid me a lump sum. After 1-1/2 yrs. I had given up and had not gotten any more payments or any responses from her.

I don't know what to offer, I was looking in the price range of $300-400, somewhere in that area. I am a divorced parent and would like to have a good shepherd around with my family as I work nights. I have a 5 year old male but he is so friendly that anyone could take the whole house from around him so to speak. I really would like to get one if the price is within my range. Mid February? Do you have a receipt number that it can be tracked by? It only should take about a week to 10 days.

Your refund WAS MAILED certified if I am not mistaken. The breeder was notified that you purchased the puppy. And said refund was sent out immed. after we spoke a few months ago?
