I found Anatasha Patrice the realtor on zillow after seing two positive reviews i dont know if there real or not.

Any whole i contacted her along with four other realtors to see how things work. Ms Patrice offered me a deal in which she will give me a rebate of 1.5% the cost of my home if i use her as a realtor. After hearing that my wife and i decided to hire her. Throughout the process she was very friendly but i did all the work i literally only used an hour of her time during the whole process. She told me she will write me a check as soon as we close on this deal. After i purchased the home is when nightmare begins she started dodging all my calls and when i call her she was threatning me saying she will file lawsuit all i wanted was my rebate but i didnt get a single penny. So i complained to the real estate commission and next thing you know i started getting threat calls from her boyfriend or some guy about five time daily he kept calling me and telling me to drop the complaint before something will happen to my family. Long story short she lies to you and is very s****.>
