Anchor House Financial A complete SCAM! 5662 Calle Real Suite #207 Goleta, CA 93117 Nationwide

I was approached by this company when I responded to a house for rent in my area of CT. They claimed they had a list of homes that were bank owned  and or pre forclosure where the the bank or current owners would allow you to take posssession of the property by just taking over the payments.They are very convincing with the exact amounts the bank will require for you to do this transaction.etc. I registered and paid $199 to their firm which they claim is fully refundable if you do not find a home within 90 days.

Two minites on the site I knew it was a complete scam. They have nothing more then the goverment records of who has had a forclosre placed on their property. They then give you form letters to send to the homeowners to convinve them to leave their property and give it to you! I demanded a refund 2 minitutes later via email without a response. I called and left a message, NO RESPONSE. I called to day again and was placed on hold for 30 minitutes. Finally a manager came on who also refused to refund my money. I am drawing up sue papers right now and I will will serve them today.Stay away from this SCAM!
