 I am among others who have been and being ripped off by Anderson Brothers Bank. They do not honor their best payment&interest. They put you in high interest and cannot help you build credit. They have deceived me, tried keep my original deed, kept important papers and have harassed me too death. I'm not happy how been done. Now trying take my car. Their representative blocked me in and that's kidnapping , stealing , holding against my will. They repeatedly robo automatic calls , put notes using a company called united on my front door, and repeated calls after told not call & im on do not call list had people call posing as police agents . They have trespassed on property and I have private property& no trespassing signs. They are crooks and put people in balloon payments ., and trucked me twice into Wrong high interest rate. They were to pay off car and consolidate to do home improvement loan done nothing I asked as consumer. Was put me in better interest and lied trick me again . Paid out 8% loan put me in 15-18% loan and then was be 7-9% and was 22-25% interest. They advertise Best great payment and interest and that's false. Did not see the 18% & higher posted in lobby as by law suppose post. Finally got printed ledger and was adding payments instead of deducting . Car wasn't month behind when added 3500 repo charge representative stated they repoed my car and had not and stated 1750 fee and other unexplained fees. Just harassing me too death with all wrong against law practices.Their actions are against all laws. Need help .im not only one there is others who been done wrong. I really need help and fairness and they need stop deceiving tax paying customers.
