Anderson & Crenshaw For Safetyone Security Anderson & Crenshaw Representing Safetyone Security And ADT Tried to claim that I owed a debt and had a contract with them Patterson California

I recieved a phone call today from Anderson and Crenshaw. The ladies name was Patty Phyllis. She was extremely rude and uncoorporative. She told me that we owed a bill from the alarm company and wouldn't provide the name of that company. I told the lady that I contacted ADT and the Dealer of the alarm installation on aug of 07 to cancel the service and they told me that there would not be any termination charge. We had signed up for a month to month contract and that we could terminate at any time. She said that was not in the contact and then I asked her to provide documentation of the contract and she said no. She then told me that she was going to take us to court and then report us to the credit buraeu.

How can they call and claim that we owe something when they can not provide documentation? I contacted ADT and they told us that we were not in a contract with them and that we didn't owe them any money. I then contacted safetyone security at the number that ADT provided and that number is disconnected and no longer in service. I then searched for safetyone security on the internet but the number listed on the website is no longer in service!

There has got to be a way that they should be able to prove with documentation and with the company should be able to validate their claims before making accusations!
