Andre Twyman Make Ready LLC, Does not pay as they advise, Owner Don A. Very Disrespectful ruffin, North Carolina

We actually was sought by this company by a property manager employed with Make Ready LLC whom we previously had worked together with. This company has been impossible from the beginning. We sought six contractors for the state of Virginia since they had advised many times they had no contractors in Virginia to be employed by this company. There communication with the contractors on details about assignments are terrible. They will send a contractor an 1 1/2 one way for a twenty dollar work order and most of the times the details given on their work sheet to the contractor information was missed and they expect you to return with no pay or else you get 10 calls advising if you do not return you do not get paid and they blame LPS for any information that was not given to us. I have worked with them since October of 2010 and crews have traveled to locations that they pressure you by calling you many times and sending emails which we are so glad that we saved all of them to go a service these locations and the properties are still occupied.When we felt that the contact we had was not listening to our issues we contacted Mr. Don whom we was advised was the owner he did not allow a chance to explain the reason of our call before he started to literally cursing us out. We then called our property manager which we explained the situation that happened and she even quit on the spot. We have worked passed the first thirty days and also was promised a check every week we are now on the 13th of January and I have not yet received payment. They have sent us to trash out property with black mold and did not advised when we contacted that this is something we should have been advised about so crew can enter with protective gear they basically responded oh well we are not paying more, flat fee must complete. Whom ever is responsible for this company will not last long in the business running their company in this fashion.
