Our company did $11,000 worth of home maintenance, repair, and lawn care for Andreozzi Enterprises over the span of 2 weeks. Cindy Andreozzi promised payment after 18 days of work. This practice is common in the field in which we work due to the Sub-contractor awaiting payment from a main company.

During this time, we had what seemed to be a good working relationship with Ms. Andreozzi. We spoke to her several times daily on the phone and contacted her via email 1-4 times daily. On the last day, she stated that she would have the money direct deposited to our bank account the next morning and that she would send us an invoice of all work included in that check later that evening. We never heard from her that evening.

We usually spoke to her around 8-9 AM central time. We didn't hear from her until 10-11 the next morning. At that time, she stated that she had gotten overheated and passed out, ending up at the hospital. By that time, we had already searched for her and her company via google and found a previous rip-off report filed against her stating that she was very difficult to claim payment from and that she gave multiple excuses including illness.

We spoke to her multiple times that day, as the direct deposit never arrived. She then agreed to send the payment overnight via Federal Express. The next morning, we never received the Fed-Ex package. When we finally reached her, she stated that her husband had mistakenly put "Cottonwood, AZ" as the destination city. At this point, my husband confronted her as to whether or not she actually had the funds available to pay us. She stated that she did. At that point, she agreed to send the payment via Western Union. After multiple hours of talking with her about the logistics of the Western Union payment, we finally received $3,000 around 6PM.

Since that time we had contacted her about the balance of the money owed to us. She has promised another direct deposit that never arrived and another Western Union transfer that never happened. She went as far as to state an exact time she was going to Western Union to make the transfer.

We did good, honest work for this woman. At this point we have spoken to several of the realtors in our area as we had done work for many of them previously. All reports have been turned in. We have also spoken to the main company that she receives work from. We are in the process of sending them lists of the work we performed and pictures as proof.

We have also contacted attorneys in Mississippi and Arizona. They are very interested in the case because of who the main contracting company is and who they receive work from. I am trying to keep the main companies nameless at this point, but if it becomes necessary in this process I will state who they are. They are saying that once they receive our records they will be able to block her from getting contracts and the attorneys are hopefully that they will be able to shut her down completely. Please, Brandon and anyone else who has been scammed by this woman and her company, contact us or at least file a report on here so that we can stop this woman and her lies.

I'm confused

First off you are still doing working for me. If your complaint is that serious why would you continue to work for me. Second- you did not turn in the pictures of the work completed - the pictures are the proof that you did the work..no pictures - no pay. It's that simple. Also you requested payment by direct deposit which was held by your bank for a few extra days ( I have no control over that) . You did not want to wait the extra days so I cancelled the transaction and sent payment Western  Union. If you have an attorney I sure hope you have read your contract carefully and understand the importance of slander because everything we have done regarding the contract is on the up an up. Remember just because you say you did the work..you can't get paid until you show proof that you did. Thats where the pictures come in. This is standard in this business and is well known throughout every Preservation Company out there. Read your contract and the rules you signed and follow them before you complain about them.

Respectfully yours

Scott Andreozzi
