Andres Basurto steals Christmas lights and decorations Dallas Texas

Andres installed our Christmas lights last year and instead of leaving the lights, wreath, garland, and tree ornaments at our front door, he took them with him to "store" until this year. 

We were fools to trust this tactic!

Upon calling to have our lights, garland, wreath and tree ornaments put back up he continuously promised to install, but never showed to do the job. 

This discussion has been ongoing since November 3rd  via text message.  He promises to deliver our Christmas items even giving a time to meet at our home.  Of course, he never shows. 

December 11: He comes with 1 string of lights and a 3 ft. wreath (Not the lights for our entire roof and the 10ft wreath or garland or tree decor he'd been "storing")

December 12: He delivers a wreath (once again, not ours) and tells us the garland will cost $180!  Saying our garland lights were burned out and it needed to be replaced. We're not that foolish!

December 14:  We asked him how much he made on our Christmas items?  Basurto replies "Its not my fault that your cant afford our service.  We already did a lot for your for free we will drop your garland tomorrow.  I have to give priority to paying customers.  If you don't like that wreath I'll send you another one. Which by the way is nicer than the one you had."

December 16:  Still no sign of our lights or anything else that we had paid for long before Andres Basuto.  He is a big theif!  Way to keep Christ in Christmas Basura!
