I was called at work and harassed at work .I was told that I got money from a America cash and did not pay it back . They said I would have papers delivered to my work and home by a sheriff and be taken to jail. I asked them to fax me the papers to my work place. I was told that he was not going to vanishing to I would have to wait . He proceeded to tell me that the company didn't really want money back they wanted to make a example out of me. They will not stop calling me .

Do not send them any money. Don't take their phone calls and if you happen to pick up a call tell them you know it is a scam and hang up. The scammers are operating on your fear of being sued.
