I had bought a cage from him and he said he raised birds and horses,this was back in November of 2016,our baby was born on December 7,2016,we have made several attempts to see and visit our new addition, Andrew Clark kept coming up with excuses, yet we never seen it, I tried calling, text and pm but to no avail, then last night I finally got a hold of him through Facebook and his family, his family is very upset about how unprofessional and unbussiness like, he has $300 and supposed to have brought it by,now he is avoiding all calls,text messages and pm,I have them all if you need them, he also has a Tennessee number and new location for horses in Caseyville,Illinois, please help,he told me yesterday my Bird died but never informed me until yesterday, please help.

I have had a similar dealing with this individual and am about to start taking legal approach. I do know where they live and the police are going to look into. It's a fraud/scam in my opinion but you can fight this.
