I paid Andrew Kunz of greatknivesgreatprices.com $172.95 (total with shipping) for a 5.11 tactical jacket back on April 9, 2009. Unfortunately I paid for it by check as his PayPal "was down". Little did I know at the time that his PayPal account had been suspended due the countless eBay customers he defrauded. Initially, he emailed me that the jacket was in stock and ready to ship. This was a total lie of course. I chased him via email for weeks and tried to call him numerous times but could never get through because he never answers his phone and his voice mail box is always full. Fed up with his lies, I contacted the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office (HCSO) to file a complaint. The deputy handling my call put me in touch with him and he said he'd send my jacket. That was back on May 15 and I still haven't received my jacket. I have received many emails full of lies and excuses. I PROMISE I will not relent until he refunds my payment in full.
Andrew Kunz ia a thief, period. If he's has stolen from you, contact the HCSO at (813) 247-8200 and file a complaint.
