Andy Lamb East Tennessee mugshots he is illegally putting mugshots on his website and making you pay him to remove the mugshots. so it is extortion. Tennessee? Tennessee

Andy is extorting money from anyone arrested by posting your mugshot on his website and then making you pay him money to remove the mugshot. It seems this should be against the law to do as it is extortion. Why is he allowed to do this? He has to have made millions off of doing this.
