Andy's Pools Inc. Refused to honor warranty, broke service contract, installed faulty equipment, overcharged for installation Jacksonville Beach Florida

We had misfortune with hiring this unprofessional contractor to replace a pool pump and to install a new T9 salt pool system at our house. We trusted to single recommendation, but failed to check other sources. It all started with overcharging us about $200 after price was quoted, but we were naive enough to hire them to service our pool. It was a real disaster. Pool was maintained by Andy's brother who made no effort to actually pretend to work. In the matter of few weeks pool condition deteriorated. We asked to mitigate a problem, but my wife was rudely screamed at by customer service and our service contract was discontinued. To make matters worse, after 4 months pool pump is broken and Andy refused to honor his warranty which at the time of installation was 1 year. He referred us to pump manufacturer and hang up the phone. Don't trust all these glowing positive reviews on Angie's List! Be aware of this unethical contractor and hire at your own risk!
