Angel Dental Care complete disreguard to what they agreed to do in advance Garfield Heights Ohio

      Had to switch dentists from one I used for years and was happy with due to insurance. Angel Dental Care Was supposed to remove teeth and provide fitting dentures. Told me they needed to do dental surgery so as to provide me with the best possible fitting dentures.

      Asked previous dentist and told that was not so. They can make mold to fit irregularities. But finally I ageed to do it. They did entensive surgery cutting up all my gums and smoothing the bones. Drilled sawed cut and ground for hours two dentists! They Wanted sutures to remain in for over two weeks. caused bad pain. Tried to make appointment they said 11 days was the best they could do. Had to go back to my old dentist and have the sutures removed. Old dentist said they had left sharp bone spur's poking thru my gums my old dentist removed them quickly with snips and all pain left within hours. Old dentist said sutures can be normaly removed after 5 days. Did over 5 apointments for impresions before getting dentures.

    Dentures so thick could not get tounge near front to form S &T sounds denture hurting and rocking. Rocking do to bumps in roof of my mouth upper denture not touching gums evenly.

    Dentist wanted surgery again to remove bumps in roof of mouth. At my cost. Old dentist said 1 in 3 people have these bumps and they should have been caught by exhamination 1st time around. Paid old dentist to cut away were the dentures were rubbing and excessive thick areas.

   Angel dental care refused to make new dentures, instead added liner to top of denture so it fit without rocking.That made it thicker yet.

    So disgusted never use the dentures except briefly for looks.
