While still married to me. Anita knew full good and well that we were still married, she called my lawyers office at least once a week to see if we were divorced yet. She got married 7/15/05 today is 8/19/05, and we are still not divorced. The sherrifs office said that she also commited perjury when she filled out the application for a wedding license.

Del and I were not still married. When I went into the County where I was married the Clerk called down to the county and state where my divorce to Del took place to verify our divorce was final. Otherwise they would never have married us. I never called his attorney's office, why would I do that when we were divorced. Just because you do not have a full decree in your hands does not mean you are not divorced. It takes time for the courts to get everything typed up and in their system to send you the actual decree. As a matter of fact the Judge in the divorce case asked me and my (now) husband if we wanted to get married right then. We did not because we came back to where we got married for a wedding with family.
This is a case of an ex husband who thought he could take off to Arizona and file for divorce and leave me on the street. He did not like it because I went ahead and filed the divorce the last place he and I lived when he walked out on me and my children leaving us with nothing. After he had a stroke he thought I should drop the divorce and take care of him.
