Ann Mcmenamin, Ann Marie Mcmenamin, Kevin Mcmenamin, KC Mcmenamin A&K Roofing And Gutters Charged $6600 For A Non Warranty Roof Pueblo Colorado

We had a major hail storm come through Pueblo in 2016. Our home needed a new roof and gutters. We were quoted $6600 for a complete replacement. We were told we had a 20 year warranty. We specifically asked about the warranty, we were told if there were any issues no matter what happens that they would honor it and fix it. Fast forward to July of this year, we had two leaks in our roof. It took 3 weeks to ever receive a callback. When we finally were called back, we were told that our warranty only covered work and materials. This is not what we were told when we paid them. The owner Anna laughed at our situation and hung up on us. We went through another company and ended up paying another $3400 for repairs. Keep in mind, we didn’t have another storm damage our home since the first repair. These people just flat out denied wanting to honor anything.
