 While I am on file with this website and you can contact me via e-mail I am a friend of the company and while I would like to keep my name annonumous. I would like to take this opportunity to utilize this forum to state that Anne and her company has been in business for years and has countless repeat customers which is a testiment of her ethical and respectful behavior to them.  I find it insulting that they would state that a person was abused just because they asked to use the bathroom because that is not how Anne conducts business.  Furthermore, I question the fact why they made it a point to say that the person was handicaped.  Is it to cause serious slander to the company or to cause serious detriment to the company as a whole?  I will not answer this question for you but it is something to consider.  I encourage each reader of this rebuttal to visit a sale on their own and come to their own conclusion. You will be pleasantly surprised and you might make a friend and find something you would like to add to your home.   I think this is a questional report and by the way the name of this website is ripoffreport.com; this is not a rip off it is a question of the treatment of people.  Again, this is a isolated comment and not an accurate reflection of Anne and her company.  Thank you for your time.

I'm a consumer who has had the pleasure of meeting Ann, her daughter and staff today. They all were fun, energetic, and very helpful. Which brings me to try and understand the previous comment. I'm a firm believer of rules.

Unfortunately, rules are in place for a reason. There really doesn't even need to be an explanation on this. It states right on the sign at the door. Restrooms are off limits, no exceptions. So, why would we even ask? Ann's people are responsible.

As far as the comment of Ann being rude. Yes, it looks very hectic, Ann has a great following and they are loyal customers. I believe the conversation between the customer and Ann is being made to try and hurt this company. I also believe the customer is just sour because she feels that her handicapped mother should have been aloud to utilize the restroom.

I'm a consumer, and myself could have used the restroom. I understand the rules, did not ask and did not sneak in. Why? Because I follow the rules. We really know what transpired here, come on... it doesn't take Sherlock Holmes to crack the case here.
