OMG I can not believe this lady! Ann Tanner or Cindy Kearney I bought an awesome little Chihuahua from Sandy Wills of Morning Star Chihuahuas Pictured here. She was so kind and helpful sending me pictures and up dates all the time. We still keep in touch. My chihuahua proudly named Ambers KIKI of Morning Star is perfect in conformation and personality @ 2 years old. She is every thing that Sandy said she would be. I have found Sandy to be honest and forthcoming.

Here is the crazy part, I have been talking to Ann Tanner thinking she was an honest person, I was about to buy a puppy from her. Imagine my great surprise to find out she was really Cindy Kearney.

After reading all the E Mails between her and Sandy and seeing the lies she posted on this site, there is not way I would buy a dog from this Cindy Kearney! If you have any questions about who is the LIER just contact Sandy she has all the proof any one will need.

If Cindy was innocent why has she changed her name to Ann Tanner and changed the name of her web site to Champion Line Chihuahuas then to Charming Little Chis. Sandy has not run, she never changed her web site because she knows people know they can trust her, and she has the proof on her side.

Well Ann or Cindy who ever you are today, I guess I do not need to tell you I will NOT be buying a puppy from you! And if any body else is thing of buying one or selling one to Ann Tanner or Cindy Kearney stop and thing about it real heard.
