Ann Wall General Counsel at North Carolina Department of the Secretary of State. North Carolina Secretary of State Elaine F. Marshall has named Ann Bennett Wall of Raleigh as general counsel. Wall will serve as the agency's chief legal officer and advisor. Wall was an assistant attorney general at the North Carolina Department of Justice. Prior to that, she was an agency legal specialist and division director at the North Carolina Secretary of State.
I was employed with the SOS and witness Ann Wall, General Counsel assist in a cover up. Ann Wall was found assisting Supervisor Beverly Champion and Director Ozie Stallworth in covering up their illegal activity. Champion and Stallworth and their inability to perform their duties and own up to their mistakes covered up their mess by blaming it on an employee. Secretary Elainne Marshall was notified and refused to listen. This certainly makes her a liability.
Myself and the majority of my colleagues had attempted to to meet with the Secretary to place her on notice, but our request was denied by Ann Wall. They are attempting to place barricades to cover this story up.
